Below we discuss the principles of communication:

1.Prienciple of Clarity: The main theam of the communication must be clear enough that the recever can understand it clarity.

2.Principle of Simplicity: The content of the communication should be so simple that will held the recever to understand the massage easylly.

3.Prienciple of Completeness: A communication becomes meaningful when it is compleat.Because an incomplet communication always irritates the recever as it has complet meaning.

4.Principle of conciseness: The theam of communication should be concise enough so that it could be easylly understadable by the resever.

5.Prienciple of correctiveness: Correctiveness is one of the most important prienciples of communication.It means transmeting correct massage in correct time to correct person in a correct style.It will overcome any unspected outcome of the communication.



6.Prienciple of adepablety: The overall massage of the communication must be adeptable to recever's respectiations.It should be familier with the recever's level of education,wigth of his vocabulary,specific knowledge, sicological stacture,organizational relationship etc.

7.Prienciple of concritness: The message of the communication must be clear and concrit.In should be clearly understandable through reading or learning.

8.Prienciple of courtesy: One of the inportant mesurs of doing business is to maintain friendly relationship we all the parties,specially with whome we are communating.The following priencepals may help to promot courtesy.

9.Prienciple of relevancy: To have are succecful communication anything irrelivent to the theam of the communication should be avoided as must as possible.

10.Prienciple of attention: Both the sender of recever must be aware of the priencipal of the attention.If the sender transmits the message carelessly of in attentively then there might be possibility of making fultly outcome of the communication.
