Subject: Legal action to settle the over past due account.
Dear Mr.Rahman,
It is now two mounths since we shipted goods amounting taka (5,95,245) five lacks ninty five thousand two handard forty five.All though we have send two letters to you,your account is stil unsettled.Even you did not let us know the reson for the non payment.We give you one more opportunity to pay the overdue amount within November 10th,2009.
If we do not get full payment of your account by 10th november,2009.We will charge case action you.
Payment of the bill by 10th november,2009 will be appreciated.How-ever,if you do not respond we have no alternative to legal action.Again a copy of the bill and return a envelope is enclosed for your convenience.
