Sales training involves imparting information, developing
skills and shaping work habits to maximize a sales person’s effectiveness.
Training is the act of increasing the knowledge and skill of
an employee for doing a particular job. Training is the process of altering
employees behavior and attitudes in a way that increases the probability of
good attainment.
