Personality refers to the unique mental characteristics that
lead to relatively consistent and lasting responses to one’s own environment.
An ales personality may be thought of the impression the
prospect gets of the salesman. It is the salesman as he appears to prospects.
Sales personality is what the prospect likes or dislikes about the salesman as
a human being and at the same time it is why the salesman enjoys the approval
or incurs the disapproval of prospects.
