The letter written by the customers to convey there complaints to the seller of goods or to the transport othority is termed as complanit letter.

In mordern business occurances of mistakes is common and natural.Some of the mistakes are supplying low quality products,low quality packaging under weight goods dalivery after the specefied date etc.In the avobe cases buyer is supplyes to suffer financial loss.As a result a letter is used to serve such purpose is called complaind letter.
Finally we can say that,when a letter is written to the seller by the buyer raising complaints regarding mistakes is called letter of compaint.
