Letter written for realizing payments from the customers or buyers are known as collection letter or dunning letters.Collection letter aims collecting due paymants from the customers.Under the cride salles policy,the seller permit the customers a defined time for payment.But all the customers who make cride process are unlikely to pay there dues with in the definet carid period.Therefore,the pectice of writing collection letter has grown.
